Workshops

Phoenix Workshops are built around the See It → Believe It → Achieve It™ framework — identity work, clarity, and the courage to act.

Come to one.

Leave with something real.

Phoenix Workshops

Identity. Clarity. Permission to Move.

These workshops are built around moments that most people try to think their way through alone. The kind of moments where insight alone isn’t enough — where you need a live conversation, a framework, and a room full of people who are in it too.

Each Phoenix Workshop is a 60-minute live experience grounded in the See It → Believe It → Achieve It™ framework. You won’t be lectured at. You’ll be moved.

All sessions are hosted by Veta P. Hurst, Esq., ICF-ACC — licensed attorney, former 25-year federal executive, and certified coach who has lived the transitions she teaches.

Starting Over: When the Only Way Out Is Up

  • You didn’t expect to be here. Maybe your position was eliminated. Maybe you finally admitted that what you built no longer fits who you are. Maybe the life that looked right on paper stopped feeling right somewhere along the way.

  • This workshop is for people in the middle of a transition they didn’t choose — or finally chose. Veta will guide you through the See It → Believe It → Achieve It™ framework and the BRAVO Methodology™ to help you name what’s ending, what’s beginning, and what your next honest step is.

  • You will leave with: a clear name for what you’re actually navigating · one specific, honest next step · the BRAVO daily practice to build momentum between now and your next move

  • This is for you if: you’re in active career or life transition · you’re a federal employee, executive, or accomplished professional navigating displacement or reinvention · you know something has to change but you can’t name it yet

Wired and Tired: Leading When You Have Nothing Left

  • You’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix. You’re good at this — you’ve proven that. But at some point, the thing that got you here started costing more than it gives back.

  • This is not a burnout-prevention workshop. It’s a leadership identity reset. We’re not here to optimize your calendar or add another wellness practice. We’re here to name what has actually depleted you, separate the exhaustion from the calling, and identify what sustainable leadership actually looks like for someone with your capacity.

  • You will leave with: a clearer understanding of the difference between burnout and misalignment · one leadership identity shift that changes how you show up · a 30-day reset practice grounded in the BRAVO framework

  • This is for you if: you’re a leader who is still delivering but running on fumes · you’ve achieved what you set out to achieve and feel oddly empty · you need permission to slow down and recalibrate without calling it quitting

Seen, Heard, and Remembered: Visibility That Feels Like You

  • You know what you have to offer. Something keeps you from claiming it publicly. You’ve spent years being competent and invisible — the one everyone trusts but no one thinks to feature, nominate, or promote. That gap between your capability and your visibility is not a confidence problem. It’s an identity problem.

  • This workshop is for accomplished people who have outgrown the container of being quietly excellent. Veta draws on 25 years of federal leadership, her own visibility journey, and the See It → Believe It → Achieve It™ framework to help you claim the kind of presence that is rooted, credible, and unmistakably yours.

  • You will leave with: a clear name for what has been keeping you invisible · one concrete action that puts you in front of the right people without performing a version of yourself you don’t recognize · a visibility practice grounded in your actual strengths

  • This is for you if: you’re accomplished but underrecognized · you have ideas and expertise that aren’t reaching the rooms where decisions are made · you want to be seen — but on your own terms
