Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website at [www.phoenixclearinsight.com](http://www.phoenixclearinsight.com) or purchasing any coaching, consulting, webinar, or digital product services offered by Phoenix Clear Insight Consulting LLC ("Phoenix," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services Offered
Phoenix Clear Insight Consulting LLC offers the following services:
• Phoenix Clarity Assessment (free digital tool)
• Phoenix Clarity Intensive — 90-minute one-on-one coaching session ($497)
• Phoenix Rising — 3-session coaching program ($4,000)
• Phoenix Rising — 6-session coaching program, 1:1 ($8,000) or Semi-Private, up to 6 ($6,000)
• Phoenix Ascent — 12-session coaching program, Semi-Private Group ($10,000) or 1:1 VIP ($15,000 / $14,500 promotional)
• Webinars: live and recorded. Price: $250 per session.
• Digital products including journals, affirmation decks, and related materials
• Consulting and corporate services including speaking, EEO advisory, organizational development, and training
2. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Legal Advice
IMPORTANT: Phoenix Clear Insight provides coaching services. Coaching is a distinct profession from psychotherapy, counseling, mental health services, or the practice of law.
• Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition, medical condition, or psychological disorder.
• Although Veta P. Hurst holds a law license, no attorney-client relationship is formed through coaching services or any communication on this website. Nothing communicated in coaching constitutes legal advice.
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
• Coaching outcomes depend substantially on your own effort, commitment, and implementation. We do not guarantee specific results.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Phoenix Clear Insight, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information during the intake and coaching process
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and provide at least 24-hour advance notice for rescheduling
• Engage honestly and actively in the coaching process
• Understand that results are not guaranteed and depend significantly on your participation
• Use coaching communications, frameworks, and materials for your personal development only and not for redistribution or commercial use
4. Intellectual Property
The following are the exclusive intellectual property of Phoenix Clear Insight Consulting LLC and Veta P. Hurst, Esq., ICF-ACC:
• The BRAVO Method and BRAVO acronym (Brave, Rise, Act, Validate, Own)
• The See It → Believe It → Achieve It framework
• The PHOENIX acronym framework
• The Phoenix Clarity Assessment, including all questions, scoring methodology, and archetype descriptions
• All written content, coaching materials, worksheets, session guides, and digital products produced by Phoenix Clear Insight
• The Phoenix client archetype system (Builder, Dreamer, Awakening)
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of the above without prior written consent from Phoenix Clear Insight Consulting LLC. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
5. Confidentiality
Phoenix Clear Insight treats all coaching session content as confidential. We will not share what you disclose in sessions with third parties except as required by law or to prevent serious harm (see Privacy Policy, Section 4). In return, you agree to treat any materials, frameworks, templates, and proprietary systems shared with you as confidential and for your personal use only.
6. Session Scheduling, Cancellation, and No-Shows
• Sessions are scheduled through Acuity Scheduling. You will receive a confirmation and reminder via email.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: session may be rescheduled at no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: session may be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee at our discretion.
• No-shows without prior notice: session is forfeited with no credit or refund.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness or emergency. We will provide as much advance notice as possible and reschedule at no charge to you.
7. Payment Terms
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase or as agreed in a payment plan arrangement.
• One-time session and webinar payments: due at booking through Stan Store or Stripe.
• Multi-session packages: full payment due at enrollment unless a written payment plan is agreed upon in advance.
• Payment plans are available for coaching packages of $4,000 and above by request. All payment plan terms must be agreed to in writing prior to service delivery.
• Failure to complete payment plan installments may result in suspension of services.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHOENIX CLEAR INSIGHT CONSULTING LLC AND VETA P. HURST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL PRODUCE SPECIFIC RESULTS, THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
10. Webinar Terms
• Webinar registrations are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
• Recording of webinar sessions by participants is prohibited without prior written consent.
• Phoenix Clear Insight reserves the right to record webinars for distribution to registrants who were unable to attend live.
• Promotional discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
11. Digital Products
All digital products (journals, affirmation decks, assessments, and similar items) are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute digital products without written consent. All sales of digital products are final. See the Refund Policy for exceptions.
12. Termination
Phoenix Clear Insight reserves the right to terminate or suspend coaching services at any time if:
• A client's conduct is abusive, threatening, or harmful to our staff or others
• A client presents with needs that fall outside the scope of coaching and requires licensed mental health or medical intervention
• Payment obligations are not met
In the event of termination by Phoenix due to factors other than client misconduct, we will issue a prorated refund for unused sessions in accordance with our Refund Policy.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
