Acuity Scheduling is used to process appointment bookings and may collect contact and payment information in connection with scheduling.
Phoenix Clarity Assessment responses, including your answers, score, and archetype result.

Deliver your Phoenix Clarity Assessment score and archetype results.
Send transactional emails, including confirmations, receipts, and appointment reminders.
Send our email newsletter and coaching sequences through Kit. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Process and fulfill purchases made through Stan Store.
Schedule and manage coaching appointments through Acuity.

Phoenix Clear Insight is a coaching practice and not a licensed mental health service.
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except:
As required by law (e.g., mandatory reporting obligations).
If you provide written consent for us to share specific information.
To prevent serious harm to you or others, consistent with our ethical obligations as an ICF-credentialed coach.
Please note that coaching is not a substitute for legal advice, therapy, medical care, or financial counseling. If issues arise that fall outside the scope of coaching, we will refer you to an appropriate licensed professional.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
Specifically:
Client coaching records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years after the conclusion of our engagement.
Email list records are maintained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Purchase and payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
Assessment responses are retained to provide your results and support ongoing coaching work.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9). Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law.
