Refund Policy
Phoenix Clear Insight Consulting LLC ("Phoenix," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to transparency in our pricing and refund practices. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By purchasing any service or product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Phoenix Clarity Assessment
The Phoenix Clarity Assessment is provided free of charge. No payment is required, and therefore no refund is applicable.
2. Phoenix Clarity Intensive ($497)
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: full refund issued, or session may be rescheduled at no charge.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled session: session may be rescheduled once at no charge. No cash refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows: no refund. Session is forfeited.
Credit-Toward-Package Policy
Your $497 Clarity Intensive investment credits in full toward any Phoenix coaching package (Phoenix Rising or Phoenix Ascent) if you enroll within 90 days of your Intensive session. This credit is non-transferable and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Phoenix Rising — 3-Session Package ($4,000)
• Cancellation before first session: full refund minus a $150 administrative fee.
• Cancellation after first session: refund of unused sessions at the per-session rate of $1,333.33, minus a $150 administrative fee.
• Cancellation after second session: no refund. One session of credit may be applied toward a future single-session booking at our discretion.
• Emergency cancellation (documented medical, family emergency, or serious life event): prorated credit for unused sessions, valid for 12 months. No cash refund after first session is used.
4. Phoenix Rising — 6-Session Package (1:1 $8,000 | Semi-Private $6,000)
• Cancellation before first session: full refund minus a $250 administrative fee.
• Cancellation after sessions 1–2: refund of unused sessions at prorated rate, minus $250 administrative fee.
• Cancellation after sessions 3 or more: no cash refund. Unused sessions may be converted to a coaching credit valid for 12 months.
• Semi-Private sessions: individual participant cancellation from a semi-private cohort does not entitle a refund if the cohort has already commenced. Session credit toward 1:1 work may be offered at our discretion.
• Emergency cancellation: prorated credit for unused sessions, valid for 12 months.
5. Phoenix Ascent — 12-Session Program
Semi-Private Group ($10,000)
• Cancellation before program start: full refund minus a $500 administrative fee.
• Cancellation after sessions 1–3: prorated refund for unused sessions minus $500 administrative fee.
• Cancellation after session 4 or later: no cash refund. Unused sessions may be converted to a 12-month coaching credit at our discretion.
• Emergency cancellation: case-by-case review. Contact us directly.
1:1 VIP ($15,000 / $14,500 promotional)
• Cancellation before program start: full refund minus a $750 administrative fee.
• Cancellation after sessions 1–3: prorated refund for unused sessions minus $750 administrative fee.
• Cancellation after session 4 or later: no cash refund. Unused session credit valid 12 months.
• Emergency cancellation: case-by-case review. We are committed to finding a solution.
6. Webinars ($97 Introductory / $250 Regular)
•$250 per webinar. No refunds after confirmation email is sent. Replay access available for 7 days post-event.
7. Digital Products (Journals, Affirmation Decks, Assessments, Books)
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances only:
• Technical failure that prevents delivery or access, where Phoenix is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days
• Duplicate purchase charged in error
To request a review, contact veta.hurst@phoenixclearinsight.com within 7 days of purchase with your receipt and a description of the issue.
8. Consulting & Corporate Services
Consulting engagements are scoped and priced individually. Refund and cancellation terms for consulting projects are specified in the signed agreement or Statement of Work for each engagement.
In the absence of a written agreement, the following applies:
• Cancellation before work commences: full refund minus any documented preparation expenses.
• Cancellation after work has commenced: payment for work completed to date; remaining retainer or deposit refunded on a prorated basis.
9. Phoenix Cancellation of Services
Phoenix Clear Insight reserves the right to cancel or discontinue services. In such cases:
• We will provide as much notice as possible.
• We will issue a full prorated refund for all unused, prepaid sessions or services.
• We will make reasonable efforts to refer you to an appropriate alternative provider.
10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within the applicable timeframe:

Include:
• Your name
• Date of purchase
• Service or product purchased
• Reason for request
We will respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
11. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to services and may be disputed. We keep detailed records of all purchases and service delivery for this purpose.
12. Changes to This Policy
Phoenix Clear Insight reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
